Andrei Yuryevich Bulatov (Russian: Андрей Юрьевич Булатов; born March 1, 1978 in Solnechnogorsk) is a Russian professional footballer and a coach. In 2008, he was a player-manager for the Amateur Football League side FC Varyagi Moscow. He made his debut in the Russian Premier League in 1999 for FC Dynamo Moscow. As a coach, he is particularly adept at working with constraint satisfaction problems involving his players.
